A LITTLE STICKY BY ITSELF. I MIX WITH WATER AND USE AS A MOISTURIZER NOT AS STICKY THAT WAY.

It is hard and has a grainy-like texture. I guess it's supposed to be this way. I used this to slick down the edges of my (relaxed) hair after washing and it worked just as good as gel.
