This is a good combo for the price. I would've prefered only GLA and Fishoil though... Have noticed that my nails don't chip so easily but there's if you're looking for something towards atopic eczema etc. then I wouldn't buy this one.

This is not a top barley product; the consistency somehow resembles flour but it is a good product for the unbelievably low price. Will continue buying it as I mostly use it for the alkalizing effect.

Got this as a free sample and I like the texture but the vanilla scent isn't the best... smells a bit funny I think.

I started getting migraines almost daily when I started with these. Don't know if it's because I am extra sensitive or something but when I held up the migraines disappeared as well.

Sorry, but this tea was a real disappointment. The cinnamon flavour is not noticed at all. The golden mango tea from St Dalfour was so delicious that I had high expectations on this...

This is my favourite miso! It has a very rich (almost like beef) flavour and kan be kept in room temperature which is to prefer since it's so solid it will have problem dissolving if you keep it in the fridge.
