I don't find the taste full enough. With other tea bags, one bag is normally enough for a whole pot but not with this one.

Source Naturals, NightRest with Melatonin, 10 Tablets

The amount of melatonin in these are quite high so I only take half a and one capsule of magnesium glycinate which is great for sleep. Since the long term effects of mealtonin are quite unknown, I suggest these should just be used for a short period of time or to avoid jetlag. Please note that you need to start out with a lot less than the recommended dose as melatonin can cause violent dreams (happened to me with these) until you're used to it.
