WOW!! Great Form of B-12

This is the best form of B-12 I've ever taken. Felt effects the very first day of using it. I was truly impressed. Previously, I tried a chewable form of B-12 and that did nothing for me. I do 2 sprays in the morning and will do a third in the afternoon if needed. Easy to use and not bad tasting. I intend to keep using Pure Advantage as long as it's available. Price is very reasonable, too.

Now Foods, Psyllium Husk Caps, 700 mg, 180 Capsules

Works ok, but can't take

Before I ordered these Psyllium Husk Caps, I checked all over the internet to see if there are any side effects; but could not find any. Unfortunately, Psyllium Husk gave me a headache which went away after I stopped taking it. I had high hopes for this product. I was hoping to see the benefit of lower cholesterol levels. Disappointed.

Natural Factors, B12 Methylcobalamin, 1000 mcg, 90 Chewable Tablets

I purchased Natural Factors, B12 Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg because of the good reviews. But this form of B12 didn't help me at all. I couldn't understand why I was so lethargic. I took the other form of B12 capsules and I felt better than I did on the Natural Factors chewables. Since then I have purchased Pure Advantage B-12 500 mcg spray, and I felt a burst of energy on the very first day. I took 2 sprayfuls. I'm going to be sticking to this liquid form of B-12.
