Excellent results - feel more energised, and I can feel fat deposits reducing (with the addition of exercise). Very easy to swallow and keeps my GI in order.

Difficult to swallow and leaves a taste in the mouth. I've also had an occasional unpset stomach since I began taking them. I will continue because I believe in the benefits, but would choose a different brand with gel capsule the next time.
