An inexpensive way to get fiber without additives of any nature. Gentle and doesn't cause gas or discomfort. I highly recommend it - the best value I have found.

Supernutrition is the only vitamin I'll take - because I know the quality is good, the research behind the formulation sound, and it is food-based. I've been a fan for years now, and this formulation meets my needs perfectly since I turned 50. Thanks for carrying this and all the other formulations - especially the iron free - I'll be back for both my husband and myself.
