I believe this supplement is laying a good foundation for me to finally make improvement after trying a wide variety of supplements with little results. If a brain does not have the vital nutrients it needs, then no amount of specialized computer exercises / counseling is going to work.

I follow the recommended mixing instructions. I mix 2 scoops in 1 to 1 & 1/2 cups water and whisk, then add about 1 cup of almond milk and it taste great.

Mix in 1/2 cup water then add your favorite milk if you like. Easy to digest and taste great.
