I take it every morning after breakfast and dont recall being sick for years.Great around allergy season and reccomend everyone to have it at home, for protection and its a great natural anti biotic when sick.

Amazing! I use it 3 times a week. I wet my face leave it on for 10 min. as a mask, and wet my hands and scrub away. i have fewer breakouts and skin feel smooth and silky. I tried other products but always come back to this one.
