Purchased at iHerb

Again, I can't tell you that since I started these vitamins I have felt 100% better, I haven't. It may be a perseption thing and since I have taken vitamins for so long, it really just doesn't matter. I just assume that multi vitamins are good for you.

I have to rate this as I have because I just can't tell if they are doing me any good or not. I don't want to stop and find out they have been the reason I live. Will try and lay off them after theses bottles I just got.
