I have suffered from depression and anxiety for most of my adult life. I started taking Gaia Rhodiola Rosea along with Theanine I am now virtually depression and anxiety free! I had to experiment with the dosage to see how much I needed. I ended up with 1 Rhodiola Rosea cap in the morning and one in the afternoon on an empty stomach. I take 100 mg of L-theanine at the same time. As I recall, it took about a week or 2 to feel the full relief of symptoms. While these supplements certainly made a huge difference in my life, I also do a lot of other things to make my life happy........yoga, exercise, laugh, do things I love, engage in spiritual pursuits etc.

I have seasonal allergies that hit me hard in late summer into Fall. This year I began taking the aller-leaf by Gaia Herbs (2 caps twice a day on an empty stomach). I hardly have any of my usual symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and coughing. I also take 500 mg of Quercitin 3 times a day and 4 Colostrum caps (1920 mg) twice a day, also on an empty stomach. I've taken these last 2 supplements before though and I didn't get significant relief until I added the Aller- Leaf. It really works for me! I have found other Gaia herbs also work for me better than other brands.

First of all, in the 5 months I have used this product, the toxic levels of lead, mercury, and barium I had in my body have been significantly reduced and I'm feeling healthier than I have in years. The results were confirmed with a pre and post urine test done using DMSA and DMPS. Secondly, I would never use this product without the supervision/ care of a qualified medical professional. I personally worked with a naturopath. She monitored my kidneys to make sure they were not over taxed since toxic metals are eliminated through the kidneys. She also had me taking the Captomer/DMSA for 2 days on and then 5 days off. I was also taking many other support nutrients and I was doing colonics or coffee enemas as well. I just don't think it is wise to try a metal detox program on your own. That being said, I'm very grateful to be able to purchase this product at iherb. My Naturopath is having me stay on the program for another 3 months and then we will test again. For years I've had issues with chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, multiple chemical sensitivities, and candida. All of those issues are greatly improved and I feel like I have a whole new lease on life.
