I purchased Doctor's Best Serrapeptase in conjunction with Biochem circupressure. My symptoms were a combination of stage 1 high blood pressure and SEVERE TMJ headaches. I believe this specific product is the main factor in reduction of my tension and stess, while circu-pressure directly reduced the pressure. After about two days of using both products faithfully, I documented a slight drop in my diastolic blood pressure, and started to feel slightly better. After one week, my pressure dropped 10 points on the bottom and about five on the top. Since then, it has consistently gotten better, and my headaches have diminished to null. I thank GOD I had the brain to do proper research. Noises do not have to get on your nerves, and you CAN focus properly and function in all the hubub of stores, traffic, etc., without blowing a fuse. More importantly, high blood pressure is detrimental to your health. Diet and exercise are great, so is magnesium and garlic. But, if you want to avoid those miserable prescriptions with deadly side effects, these are the products for you.

I have a tendency towards high blood pressure. Actually, I HAD high blood pressure, and ran the gammut with several herbs, vitamins, compounds, etc. I have been taking this twice a day for about five weeks, and for the first time in two years my blood pressure is normal, and my headaches have completely disappeared. Circu-pressure is also a good product, and I recommend taking the two together until you have stabilized. Then, take this hawthorn extract regularly to maintain. If your blood pressure does not decrease, then maybe medication is for you, as hypertension is a silent killer. For me, I fought it out and this product helped me win the battle.

I purchased this based on a review that stated this was the best hot chocolate the reviewer had ever had. Well, it is for me too, and I am 51! At only 50 calories and 6 grams of sugar for 3 tablespoons, I thought for sure this would need sweetening, so I was prepared with my vanilla almond milk and agave. But, I decided to give it a try without adding anything first, and was SO shocked, (and I used only 3 teaspoons, not tablespoons). The chocolate is so rich and delicious, with tiny morsels or nibs in it. The nibs melt in hot liquid, but taste great on their own I mean, I eat this stuff right out of the can. As far as a hot drink, it is superb. I've officially made this a staple, aside my reishi coffee. So, move over regular coffee, and bye bye fattening chocolate bars, with all that saturated milk fat and calories from sugar. This stuff is packed with pure antioxidants and is naturally delicious.

This bottle has lasted forever for me. It only takes a dollup to smooth around on your face, for a peachy smooth feeling. It dissolves makeup and oil easily, and you feel nice and clean, without any harsh feeling. Plus, NO PARABENS. Methylparabens destroy the outer layer of the epidermis that is responsible for making keratin, the substance that protects your skin from infection and aging. Tastes excellent, and does not give me the jitters. Moreover, one tiny scoop (included) makes a full cup of coffee. I have ordered this several times, and plan on doing so for a good, long time. The reishi mushroom is key in fighting cancer cells. Plus, it is very cost-effective, much more so than brewing coffees, as it is concentrated and instant. Instant coffee, actually retains more of the antioxidants than non-instant, because of the process of freeze drying (I learned this on Dr. Oz).

This tube lasts for months. It does have a thick sort of color, more so than just a gloss. But, it turns kind of brick red with a hint of orange on my lips. I use it around the house, in case I am surprised by a handsome stud and am not totally without makeup. It's all natural, so I feel pretty good about it, rather than wearing lipstick 24/7.

This mask is bright blue. At first, it was kind of exciting, and I felt like a kid with finger paints. Also, kind of feels like I'm decorative, like a native of some sort, so it sort of mood-lifting to wear. On the other hand, the blue stains my face puff and wash cloth. It comes out in the washing machine, but does not look nice on the cloths. Also, if you have any open pimples or scrapes on your face, it will color them blue, and you'll have to scrub them to get clean, causing further damage. I, therefore, do not recommend this for open areas, only for smooth skin. The mask itself dries hard, so I do not recommend leaving on over ten minutes, or your face will feel hot and suffocated. Still, it does tingle as indicated, and the ingredients are good. If I could, I'd give it a 3.5 stars, but will opt for the positive and give it a 4.

My son's acne has cleared dramatically. Part of it is the convenience of the pads, making it much easier to clean your face often enough. Secondly, the ingredients are all natural and non-drying or aggravating. Tea Tree Oil is top notch when it comes to anti-bacterial properties. Beware of products with high salycidic/benzoyl peroxide concentrates, as these can be toxic to the skin.

Does not cover gray, at all. But, it gives hair a nice glow. I miss my shiny hair from younger years, and do not wish to use any type of dye, as I still have brown hair in my 50's with a few gray hairs in front. But, my hair is not as golden as it used to be, because I do not bask in the sun or sea any more. So, this gives my hair a natural glow, so people still compliment me on my hair. It only lasts about a month or so in the hair. Oh, and most importantly, after applying, that day or the next day, you will be like "I don't see a darn difference". Then, the next day, BAM, you see it. I believe it takes at least a day to sink into the keratin of the hair, so don't dismay if you don't notice anything at first, and even if it seems like your hair is slightly stiff the first day. The stiffness will disappear and the shine will take over the next day.

I am an avid seaweed eater (every week). This is very tough and chewy (needs soaking), and is salty as heck. Some may like it, but I do not.

You cannot sneak this into my cats' food, for anything in the world. I have resorted to brushing the teeth with a finger brush, as no powder in the world can be added into their water or food, without discernment and total avoidance.
