This is one of the best G-F mixes I have tried. I did add an extra egg, a few more chopped raisins and extra cinnamon, however, this addition is not essential. Note: I baked this in my Zojirushi bread machine under the "homemade" mode -" 1 rise" at 50 minute and "bake" at 60 minutes AFTER mixing the dough in a separate mixer to make sure all the ingredients were thoroughly combined and then placing it into the the bread machine with the above settings.

The apple pectin is excellent for G-F bread baking. I use 1 1/4 tsp. per loaf of bread dough.

These crackers were disappointing in texture in spite of the fact they are exactly as stated, brown rice with a touch of salt.

The dried fruit was disappointing in flavor. I was expecting it to taste more like the fresh fruit, which is not always the case when fruits are dried.

These are excellent G-F cookies. They are tasty without being too sweet and not too large.
