何の問題もなく使えます。自分は飲むときに蓋ごとはずして飲んでいます上の飲み口は開けずらいです。漏れにくい混ざりやすいこれに尽きます

今までクレアチンをあまりとってなかったのですがこの商品を飲みだしてから以前よりパンプがいい感じです味の方も特に癖もなくプロテインに混ぜていつも飲んでます

匂いなど好き嫌いが分かれる商品だと思います基本的に睡眠に何の問題もない人にはあまり効果がないかも知れませんが不規則な生活の自分にはいい商品でした。効果も人それぞれだと思いますが自分は夕飯の後や寝る2時間ほど前に飲んでます
