this is a powerful supplement should only be used under the care of a knowledgeable Doctor. it did help to reduce some bad estrogens in my body. best not to self diagnose, get the tests done before and during use to monitor its affects.

I've learned that there is no point taking Vit C if it is without flavonoids, this is the secret ingredient.

This is by far the best multi-vitamin for those of us gals over 40. The quantities are superior to many others but the combination of vits & mins exceeds others. I would just suggest adding a bit more vit. C to the daily regiment.

i was really impressed with how fluffy and light these were. so far they've been the closest thing to non G.F. pancakes. Great mix.

this product has in a very short amount of time raised my Vitamin D levels. This is Vitamin D3 even though the front does not indicate this. I've come to learn that Vitamin D in itself is worthless much like Vitamin C without the flavonoids.
