We take this evening and bedtime, in two doses, around 800mg total. It is helpful for leg cramps, twitches, and certain resistant forms of low mood issues. It seems to help lift mood in many cases.

I have used a few bottles now. I believe this is helpful over the long term. Some will notice effects sooner. It may be helpful for eye health and general well being. It can have a strong odor to some as it is sourced from marine algae, which has an inherent odor of its own.

This product reduces pain for me associated with varicose veins. It may eventually reduce appearance of spider veins, but not sure yet.

This is a nice product and helpful when dealing with sore throat caused by a cold. However I would have given it 5 stars if they would remove all refined sugar.

Good science behind this

This is a good EPA formula. New research supports the use of high EPA for several cognitive support issues. Also no after fishy taste. Wish as always prices were lower on good nutraceuticals, but it is a reasonable price comparably.

I use this for respiratory purposes and it does help with sinus issues, lung issues. I wish the price was better. I believe it is helpful in reducing exercise induced pain too. There is published research on serrapeptase, which I encourage people to read. I use one capsule away from food.

I get this for my partner who has a stressful occupation. I didn't test well for this supplement, but he did. Ingredients are great for him. I use Thorne B formulas. As always I find ordering from iHerb to be straight forward and convenient, lessening the stress :).

Sad news for New Chapter

I have purchased their products in the past and just recently, but I learned they are now sold out to P&G also associated with other corporations that are not earth friendly. It is sad indeed. I will no longer buy New Chapter even though this product was good, it is doubtful over the the next year that will be true.
