So Far - if people say they have started yoghurt with this brand then it must be 'live'!!! I tried it once with a brand I bought in the uk and nothing happened, so that must mean it did nothing in my body!!!

Very nice flavour. Let it steep for a good 5 - 10 minutes in a teapot that holds about 3 cups worth, and enjoy.

This stuff is great. Just a little to add a lovely vanilla flavour, and no sugar added!! Much better price than having to pay for a premium product in the UK, which is what you would need to do to get an equal product.

My daughter says that although she doesn't like the taste of chewable multi's (she doesn't like swollow ones either!)These ones are the best flavour she has tried so far. I feel like they are helping her to keep going (she suffers from alot of tiredness).
