All organic, cold processed and comes in great glass bottle to help reduce possibilities of external contaminates seeping into container. For men, apparently, using flax oil for omega 3 supplement can adversely effect testosteron and estrogen levels. I use instead of olive oil in salads, hummus, and other foods. Also helps in me ongoin diet related battle with skin condition/irritation problems.

I have sebehria dermititus and this stuff helps keep the flaking and itching under control quite well applied 1-3X per day. Even has improved chronic fungal problem on my big toe.

Helps fight internal fungus related to external skin conditions and helps me reduce cravings for sugar, complex carbs. VERY BITTER, so add to large glass of juice, smoothie, etc...
