Works great for its purpose, comparable to commercial antidepressants; but natural, possibly more effective and without withdrawal or intoxicating your brain with chemicals. Also, this is different from the kind of lithium that's poisonous, this is the orotate compound which is a normal trace mineral.

If you want to stay up at night, this isn't what you're looking for. If you want something to relieve from exhaustion during the day, it definitely makes you energized for a couple of hours. Combine with some fruit and you're good to go. It tastes pretty saccharine which is good, it doesn't dissolve in seconds though. I personally just open a sachet into my mouth and down with some water, works wonders.

Google the following: longecity DMAE sparingly. If you like the effects of DMAE and take it occasionally, consider supplementing with Phosphatidylserine along with it, since the synthesis of PS gets temporarily inhibited by DMAE. PS + DMAE = instant headache relief, and for some: enhanced concentration and cognitive ability.

I take 2 of these before lunch and before dinner. They seem to decrease anxiety and improve cognitive ability for me, I really tend to be more sharp & serious when taking these. I combine lysine with some zinc picolinate since they are supposed to be synergistic.

Zinc strengthens the immune system and helps against acne to a certain extent (works miraculously for some people). I personally open a capsule and divide roughly in two to take with 2 lysine tablets twice a day: never felt better!

I bought these since I don't catch a lot of sun, I take one softgel of 5000IU every other day which makes this bottle last for over a year! You can't go wrong with this one.
