I'm a 38 year old woman who struggles with adult acne. My face is pretty clear for the most part, but when I do break out, it's usually hormonal and very bad with big "things". I waited to write this review until I had some time to use the soap for a while to see how it really worked. I'm used to spending way too much money on expensive facial cleansers. The products I'm used to tend to strip my skin of all the nutrients and take layers of skin off because of the harsh chemicals they have in them(glycolic acid, hydroquinone, etc) leaving my skin very dry. Was glad to try this. Just very natural and seems to replenish what the other expensive cleansers were striping from my skin. Seems like my skin is rebuilding what has been lost. I really like it for a change. I know the other expensive products are very good products and serve their purpose. I'm just enjoying spending $4.00 on a bar of face soap and having it be just what I am needing for right now. It's great. My skin looks great. Keeps the adult acne away and seems to be what is needed for my skin for this time in my life. Definitely worth a try at $4.00. "Sometimes less is more".:)

Every morning and every evening I have this mixed with a very little bit of hot cocoa and fiber. Not a good flavor alone. It's very gritty so you do have to mix well. I'm a 39 year old woman with ADHD and MoodFood has become a necessity for me. I've chosen to go the drug free route so although this may not taste great, it's a great natural remedy for me. It calms my brain and gets me through the day and night. I definitely can tell a huge difference.

My kids literally beg me for their vitamins in the morning. We always give them a "multi" and a "c". They've always loved their vitamins, but especially love these. Very good. We all love 'em...husband too! **Something to take note of...we expected three different flavors, but it seems they are all one flavor. So, it's "peach, passionfruit, mango" all in one wafer. Enjoy!

Believe it or not, I just like it for the flavor. The medicinal effects are just an added bonus. I usually like blueberry hot tea or some sort of fruit herbal tea, but when I'm in the mood for something basic, this is a good one. No strong peppermint or ginger flavor, just very basic. Very mild herbal flavor. I like it with a little honey. I drink it before bed all the time. Try it!

The smell is horrible!! It reminds me of a flea and tick spray. I was going to throw it right in the garbage, but then decided to just give it one try in spite of the smell. I sprayed my face and arms and legs. Thought I'd smell like it all day, but the smell went away after a couple minutes! --I do think it's a great product to have close while out in the sun. Or after the sun. It's a good refresher, if you can get past the initial smell. Good price and good beneficial ingredients. I'll give it a thumbs up after all.
