wonderful to help with stretch mark appearance. we also use this almost nightly on our baby for a bedtime massage. has a good smell, very soothing.

We mix this into our baby's food usually for breakfast or into a smoothie. Seems to be helping quite a bit with some of her gas problems. She's been having much more regular bowel movements too.

i love that these vitamins are 3 capsules per day. the one-a-days would upset my stomach. and because they are capsules and not tablets they are easier for me to swallow. used them all through pregnancy and now through breastfeeding.
