I like this product but, truthfully have not felt much of any results from adding this. I'm going to give a higher dose of the pill form a try for a while. I do drink this with a bit of juice and the liquid vit C and it is really not bad taste to drink.

Great salt love the flavor. It has a nice fine grain and is great for just eating, adding to already cooked food.

This is a great coconut oil to cook with, rub on your skin, add to smoothies or just about anything. I love this coconut oil and I love it's flavor and texture.
