On a Gluten Free diet, you just have to have BRM all purpose baking flour. Iherb has excellent prices too.

I recommended this cereal to all my GF family members. It's really great and filling. Can be mixed with several add ins to make it taste great. My favorite is cinnamon and sugar.

I have one for myself and let my 4 year old use one for her daily vitamins. Her teacher commented the other day on how well she knows her days of the week. We don't forget if she's already taken them or not with the organizer either. Nice product!
