It doesn't give me a rash and it's more encouraging to use!

Excellent formula! Although my first choice, when it comes to B Complex supplements is the Coenzyme form of this vitamin (and the best quality/price ratio in my opinion is provided by Country Life) , this one is tasty and potent. I actually look forward to take it every day and never miss my daily dosage, until the bottle runs out that is :) Also, unlike Jarrow Formulas' "B-Right" , it doesn't give me a rash and accelerated heart rate, the reason for which is that is contains Vit B3 in the form of niacimide. Another plausible explanation would be, that this is the body's reaction, when adjusting to the higher dosage, which sounds legit, but I didn't put that theory to the test in my case.

Awful Smell.

Last time I bought a bottle of these, the softgel's contents had terrible, rancid smell. To make matters worse, I discovered that fact, when I was already through half the container, putting in my body this unworthy product. According to the expiration date listed on the bottle, it still had several months of good use, but I guess the raw product used for this batch was not on the necessary level. After some time I "bumped" into this item once again, this time in iHerb's Super Specials section. It was a good deal and I've read quite a few articles praising the krill oil, stating how superior it is to the fish oil and so on. So I pulled the trigger and bought the stuff again. This time, when it arrived, the first thing I did was to chew one softgel to see if this time it was all good. Well, fortunately the nasty smell was replaced with the regular "fishy" smell. It is not a pleasant smell, but at least I can tell it was fresh. A month later and the bottle was finitó. Frankly, I didn't feel any better compared to when I was on regular fish oil. Maybe it would take longer time to notice any difference. Maybe it contains more antioxidants per gram. Maybe.Maybe.Maybe. To see for myself it will cost me time and money with uncertain results. That's why I am ditching the krill oil for good and return to regular fish oil (the one offered by Natural Factors is pretty concentrated and the New Chapter Salmon oil is of exceptional quality) and sometimes plant based omega formulas (flax oil, borage, evening primrose) for a change.

Unclear Results...

The two main reasons I decided to take enzyme supplement are: - Bloating - To improve digestion I went for this one, because well, it's plant based and appreciate that fact, especially after I learned what are the sources of other animal based enzymes. Yuck! Another good fact is, that the formula is quite "generous" and well balanced, at least on paper. When I started my "trial" I rarely exceeded 1 capsule per day, several days I took 2/day. My main reasoning behind this decision is because the last thing I want is to put to sleep my natural enzyme production. I am not sure, if higher dosages of those can cause such "reaction", but I don't want to take any chances. My hopes were to kick start the natural process, not to rely on the pills to replace the process. Now, that I am finishing the bottle (it took a pretty long time for that), I can conclude the following: - I didn't experience reduced bloating after a meal. I suspect my problem is due to gas and to experience relief from it I would probably need the animal-based pancreatic enzyme. - Any noticeable improvement in the digestion wasn't "observed" either. The good news is, that if it didn't do me any good, at least it wasn't harmful either. Needless to say, I won't be buying this item again, but don't feel discouraged to try it out yourself, you may have different results.

It is so tasty, healthy and nutritious! This is the best bee pollen i have tried so far ! It is WAY better than the rock solid one. Amazing stuff. Have not tried other brands of 'fresh' pollen but i think it can not get any better than that

Probably the best non milk protein formula

One of the best vegetable source proteins. I do not think that there is any better vegetable protein formula out there. The price could be a little bit down but hey, it is a product with extreme quality. The taste is a little bit bland but that's the reason i like it so much.

Pill or treat? Why not both?

If I should describe the taste and benefits of this cranberry product it will be SUBLIME! I should have discovered this a long time ago. If I could take all my supplements in this super-tasty form, I would choose THAT over the boring capsules and tables ANY day of the week! Seriously, these chews are incredibly delicious, melt in the mouth nicely and on top of that chewing it benefits your gums(it feels more fresh after consuming it). I don't know why this product isn't more popular (maybe less marketing), but I would definitely recommend you to try this one out! Children, teenagers, adults ... I can't imagine anyone not liking this (there probably would be such, but the most will love it). It's not the highest concentration of cranberry around (I've seen 1500mg per capsule), this one has 500mg per chew, but still, as it states on the packaging - it contains the antioxidant equvalent of 7 glasses of cranberry juice. That's impressive and enough for me! Cheers!

Great natural diuretic and liver detoxifier.

I purchased this product, because I wanted to try the alternative of the dandelion capsules I finished using. The main reasons for taking it are because I need to "take out" some water out of my body and learned, that dandelion is very good natural diuretic (for me better that the formulas offered here, on iHerb) and it spares pottasium (in fact, it even contains pottasium). It is also great liver detoxifier, a thing, that is so much needed in today's way of life (pollution, dirty big cities etc.) Overall, this product is a good one, but for the long-term use, I prefer the capsules.

Tasty way to take important vitamin, but I wish it contained no corn syrup & ane sugar.

This D vitamin is refreshing optio among the dull-to-take regular pills and the price is very affordable as well, buti wish it would contant no corn syrup and cane sugar. They are not the healthiest sweeteners to say the least and in my optinion don't have place in such supplement. Stevia is much better alternative to sweeten it. It Is a herb, ZERO Glycemic index AND ZERO calories! The perfect sweetener for me. I use it all the time.
