This black pepper is the best tasting pepper I've ever bought. It has a fresh, bold taste that I can't get enough of. It's not too hot to the tongue, just adds a great pepper taste to any food you use it on. And, it's great it's organic.

I was pleased that when I opened the jar, I found it packed full to the brim with sauerkraut. There was very little juice but enough so it wasn't dry. I went off site and found that it is just two ingredients, cabbage and salt. I made a couple of small batches of lacto-fermented sauerkraut a couple of years ago, and this reminds me of the homemade sauerkraut. Mild tasting, no sharp vinegary tang, just good tasting sauerkraut in my opinion. Will order this again.

It's a little pricy but I wanted organic flour. I have made several batches of biscuits and two loaves of bread in the bread machine. Texture is soft and light for both the biscuits and bread. The biscuit recipe I use gives me nine biscuits with a little bite size biscuit from the leftover dough because of the size of the biscuit cutter I use. Consistently, I get ten biscuits along with the leftover bite size biscuit. The bread recipe was most surprising. Biggest loaves I've ever seen to come out of this bread machine. Probably, the size gives me two to three extra slices, depending on how thick the slices are cut. I'll be ordering this again. In my research, i-Herb offered the best price.

Frontier Ground Nutmeg is very flavorful and makes you think this is what nutmeg tastes like if it is fresh ground. I like that it is non-irradiated.

Frontier is a brand I trust and buy it whenever possible. This ground cumin seed has great flavor and is fresh tasting. I like that it is non-irradiated and organic. This was my first iHerb.com order. Great price on everything, received order faster than expected, order was packed with care insuring no damage to the glass, boxed and bagged food items ordered. Will order again from iHerb.com

This has a good maple syrup flavor. This was the first time I ordered it. It went fast once we got it and I wish I had ordered more. I gave it 4 stars only because I compared it to what we can get locally in season, which is, in my opinion, the best. I will order this again.

Take care to not end up with gluey mess

It requires a lot of care in cooking and then rinsing afterwards. The first two times I cooked it, it turned out great and tastes OK too. The third time I didn't give it the attention it needs and ended up with a gluey mess. I cooked it a little too long and, even though I rinsed it, it was a gluey mess. If you are looking for gluten-free spaghetti, it is worth a try but follow the directions carefully.
