As NuNaturals web site said "One serving is ½ tsp. powder (1 individual packet). It contains 80 mg of NuStevia extract and 920 mg of Maltodextrin." Maltodextrin has a higher GI than a sugar, so there are like more than 90% sugar in this stuff! I think NuNaturals use it because it's cheaper than erythrol in "NuStevia, No Carbs Blend, 50 Packets", but not because it's better for your health. /////////////// Тут 92% процента мальтодекстрина и 8% стевии

И как я раньше без него жил. В основном кладу в кашу, очень вкусно получается. Брал по скидке за 3 доллара, за 10 что-то дорого, жду ещё скидок.

Судя по составу должна быть полезная штука. Смущает очень большое количество витамина С, не к добру это. А так есть некоторый подъём жизненной энергии. В стакане размешивается сносно, но лучше мешать с каким-нибудь другим напитком, например протеином. В большой упаковке получается дешевле, по такой же примерно цене есть конкурент - Now Foods Phytofood, можно попробовать его.

использую один пакетик на кружку, по сладости ощущается как две полных ложки сахара. Вкус конечно не совсем как у сахара, есть ощущение что чего-то не хватает, но быстро привыкаешь. Заказал большую банку.
