I live in Colorado where the high altitude comes with a dry climate. I spray this on my hands before applying my moisturizer. It helps my skin abosorb the cream better. It has a mild scent and gives a nice, relaxing aromatherapy without being overpowering.

Action Labs is the only company I have found that mixes together several different types of Ginseng. Works great and is a great supplement. I take one a day with a Ginko.

Now is a great brand which I trust. Their platinum digestive enzymes are better than the higher priced products available. I use with every meal and occasionally in between meals to get the best benefit possible.
