I use this with psyllium. I like the smell and it is easy to take(unlike psyllium). Definitely recommend it!

I started using Nature's Way DIM two weeks ago along with Thorne's Calcium D-Glucarate. I have uterine fibroids which cause heavy menstrual bleeding. This was the lightest period in at least three years. Also over the last week I have dropped my holiday weight(about 4 lbs) with ease. I had been on IC-3 for over a year with no improvement. Love supplements that show results! LOVE iHerb.com! Unbeatable in every way!

It works! It takes the edge off. If I am feeling stressed out I take one capsule and find I am dealing with people easier. On Monday morning I automatically take it. I don't feel anything weird effects it just seems to make situations easier. Let me add I am 52 and going through hormonal changes and the stress I feel lately feels like PMS. True calm helps me feel calm. I don't want to be without it, at least for now. Great price!
