I do not know of a zinc Picolinate product that you can purchase over the counter in Australia but if you're taking zinc you should be getting off the chelated stuff and onto this more absorbable form. This is the brand my own nutritional medicine specialist prescribes for me however she charges twice as much!

I personally use this product because Solgar is a brand I trust and I have seen marked improvement in my own wellbeing. I have recommended this product to friends experiencing menstrual cramps and other hormonal disturbances and it has been received really well.

This great product packs a punch with rose-hips and bioflavanoids to enhance absorption and utilisation in the body. Personally I need to take in high doses of vitamin C due to a fructose malabsorption issue which leaves me with a limited number of fruits and vegetables that I can actually consume. I suffered from scurvy as a child due to this issue. Getting my vitamin C in a 1000 dose daily is great, it's just the right amount and whilst the tablets are probably bigger than I'd like there doesn't seem to be any other product with the bioflavanoid and rose-hips support that this one provides, it also contains no sugars so a sensitive system like mine can handle it. Now Foods is one of the cheaper brands so you definitely get a load of bang for your buck! I haven't been ill with and cold or flu since taking this product and I personally have used it for over a year.

With Vitamin A, D3 and E along with your essential Omega 3 fatty acids this is the best product you can use. In fact if you only ever used one product I would recommend this one. No fishy taste, no reflux, easy to swallow I would recommend this product to anyone looking to take a fish oil!

Vitex is supposed to regulate cycles and female hormones and can be taken in conjunction with Maca. You will feel more balanced throughout your cycle, it can decrease symptoms such as PMS, Breast tenderness, Bloating and Irritability. Take 3 a day for 8 - 12 weeks to start and maintain on one per day or at a level which suits you. I personally have also tried NOW Foods and this has been the best Vitex product I have used.

I keep 2 bottles of this stuff in my home in order to keep things free from bacteria. It can be used to disinfect cutlery and crockery, laundry, toothbrushes, surfaces etc and can also be taken orally as a powerful fighter against bacteria in the system or used topically on acne or skin ailments. I wouldn't be without it.

A really basic B complex which is what you should be taking for overall health. Remember that you may still need a sublingual B12 if your B levels are low as this is not the most absorbable form of B12. Great for overall health and wellbeing. I recommend this for vegetarians.

I prefer this product over capsules and other D products because it is perfect dose for me, easy to take, tastes great and is presented in an oil based formula so that your body is able to recognise and absorb easily.
