I read multiple times people describing the taste as parmesan-cheese like. I'm confused, because it really tastes nothing like parmesan, wich is why I bought it. I was really disappointed. But as far as yeast goes, the taste is not bitter at all.

I really liked this. Not to sweet at all, far from it, and pleasant chocolate taste. I mix it with other cereals in cold milk or youghurt, I do not make the suggested porridge. Rebuy.

I love it. The taste is just perfect for me, kind of like home-made chocolate milkshake, absolutely no funny smell or taste, just delicious. I find myself drinking it because I really like the taste, not solely as a workout meal. I'm going to buy it again. Also, it blends/mixes with no hassle at all, no clumps.
