Take 2 tbsp. of it with each meal (with a cup of water) : 1 tbsp. before & 1 tbsp. after. It did wonders to mitigate a severe Hemmeroids case.

one shouldn't take the whole "daily dose" at once (at least for the first days), but instead should spread it across the day : I, for e.g., take one with the breakfast & one with the supper. also, it gave my urine a glowing yellow color, but this is a known, usual & harmless side-effect.
