I discovered iHerb when looking for a high dose vitamin D. Since then I have returned many times to see what's new, to read reviews and to buy many products. This is the most comprehensive and easiest to use site that I have ever been to. Their range of products is enormous, the ordering system easy to use and delivery to Australia is outstanding for the price. No worries also about AQIS and customs clearance. iHerb have a great knowledge of what is allowed and what isn't. iHerb is now the ONLY site I will use for all my vitamin and health needs. A simple but great product that doesn't use anything artificial to enhance the flavour. The chocolate taste has that slightly bitter, organic flavour with a delicate mild mint taste that comes through after a couple of seconds in the mouth. A quality product. I will definitely buy again. No problems with Australian customs clearance.

Seems to help with liver tenderness and mild liver swelling. Flavour is almost imperceptible when mixed with water, but does have a mild bitter taste that is quite tolerable. Recommended for mild liver problems. Would like to see it available in a larger size bottle.

Part of my eye-health regime. Has helped with improving my eyesight. Have noticed a slight increase in depth perception, visual acuity, and colour vividness (particually in the red area of the spectrum). I cannot say that it has improved night vision at all.

Pleasant and tolerable flavour. "Chalkiness" can be alleviated by mixing than letting stand for a few minutes before drinking. This product was cleared by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service.

Sustained energy throughout the day, even if I don't take the recommended dose of 3 per day. I sometimes take one at night with my evening meal and it peps me up. Great if you have to work or study on into the evening. Better than ANY other brand of multivitamin I have tried in Australia. Will definitely be buying again.

A nice addition to bland tasting meal replacement shakes, without adding many calories. Good to eat straight out of the jar with a spoon....but geez, does it s-t-i-c-k. LOL
