We eat a gluten free diet and I bake often. We all love this sugar. I am usually very affected by sugar and can only use those with a low glycemic index, so palm sugar is perfect for me. I use it to replace both brown and white sugar. I've even made confectionery sugar by taking one cup of palm sugar and 1 TBS of sweet rice flour and putting it in the blender for 20 seconds. Thanks for carrying this iherb and at a great price.

I always try to treat illnesses naturally, but strep throat was the one thing I was never able to shake without antibiotics till I found this. Great product. Works quickly.

I've been using these for several years now. Every once in a while I get terrible leg cramps. These always help. I wouldn't be without them.

Now Foods, Vitamin D-3, 5,000 IU, 120 Softgels

I Prefer Now Brand for Vitamin D

Started using this last year when I began having muscle spasms. Saw a youtube video about it and began taking 10,000 iu a day (2 softgels) and muscle spasms stopped. Have continued using it ever since. Recently tested for vit d levels and with taking this amount they came back in the normal range. Tried another brand but it didn't have the same effect the Now brand did. I'm on a gf diet and these do not have gluten or cause any gluten reaction for me.
