This product may work for what it is proposing, however, the amount needed seems astronomical. You would need to take 4 tablets a day everyday, just to notice some effects. Way too expensive if you ask. Drink water, ice your body and apply heat later on in the day. That will help inflammation.

This stuff is delicious. I'm eating some right now as we speak. Here's the deal, you gotta make with some curry. Add some organic curry powder, some chives, some garlic, some tomatoes, some hot peppers, some parsley, some olive and then enough water just so that it is a little creamy. Cook for a half hour, let it sit over night. Booooyah, good stuff.

My wife and I drink a serving after our daily workout and love it. Our energy levels feel restored and revitalized. And people talk about this stuff being bland. You have to mix with other things like bananas, srawberries, etc and it'll take like a real shake!

This raw food isn't for the weak of tongue. If you are looking for a delicious smoothie mix, do not purchase. However, if you are looking for nutrients and vitamins in raw food form for best body assimilation, you've come to the right product. My wife and I use this before every run and really notice a difference in our energy levels. Great product, strong taste.
