These capsules are a must for anyone with anxiety. I take 3 capsules 3x a day (doctor's recommendation); but I've heard of others with OCD, Panic Disorders, etc taking much higher dosages (double).

We keep this on hand at all times and certainly travel with it. If there's an encounter with food poisoning, this is a must have. Also very good for gas/indigestion.

I recommended this product to a friend who had tried everything she could think of to treat her adult acne (even went to a doctor). She began taking this (one a day and then two a day) and noticed quick improvement. Whereas she used to have what she called large cysts, her face is now clear (I just saw her this week and it's all clear). When she stopped taking this because she ran out, two large blemishes appeared on her neck. Until then, she'd had no breakouts while taking Aken-Zyme.

GREAT for staying asleep at night

My cortisol peaks around 3am and wakes me up bright-eyed, unable to fall back to sleep. These have helped tremendously. Recommended by my doctor. I take 3 @ bedtime. I see that most people take them early in the day. But, I have low cortisol issues in the early day (and high cortisol in the middle of the night!).

I don't have trouble going to sleep but do have trouble staying asleep. Taking four of these before bed has been a tremendous help. They are rather large. So, I break them in half before swallowing.
