マスタードマリネや鶏肉のハニーマスタード焼きなどに、もっぱら使っています。たくさん入っているので、なかなか無くなりそうにないけど、美味しいです。

風邪を引いたかなと思ったら、直ぐに服用しています。これを飲むと、悪化しないと思います。錠剤系を飲むのが苦手な私ですが、タブレットより、こちらのカプセルの方が飲みやすく感じます。

少しザラつきますが、慣れれば問題ないです。これに、Simply Organic, Ginger, 1.64 oz (46 g) の生姜パウダーを入れて、一日2回飲んでいます。お通じがよくなったからなのか、体重が減りました。これからも飲み続けたいと思います。

頭皮もさっぱりし、あわ立ちもよく、洗っていて気持ちいいです。生姜のような香りがします。市販のシャンプーだと、頭皮が痒くなると言っていた母も、これは痒くならないそうです。コンデショナーと併用する方がいいと思います。
