This iodine is a must, and 50Mg is a minimum. This is necessary for every cell, works to support all of your glands and organs, can normalize your thyroid, can treat both high and low thyroid, and is especially important to prevent some cancers, especially breast. This is the pill form of lugol's, which should be explored if you actually have breast cancer. The liquid can bathe your breast and saturate it to send cancer packing. You can detox on this so add some NAC from Jarrow to help with that.

I love everything about this tuna. The top is easy to open without a can opener, it's easy to drain the water, it has a moist feel, and great taste. This tuna is much less likely to have heavy metals compared to some higher priced versions. I make tuna salad with this twice a week and eat it with crackers and a fork. Mix mayo, mustard, chopped red onions, dill pickle relish, and some toasted garlic. Yummy.

I'm losing weight using HCGand this is one of the tools I'm using to tighten up my loose skin. I put it on my upper arms, entire chin/neck area, hands, and inside thighs. I can tell it tightens and firms - the skin feels thicker and younger. It's also eliminated some scars I had on my hands, so I'm trying it on some forearm scars to see if it'll work all over. I'm truly tempted to use this all over my body it's so good!

I am pleased with this powder. I add 8 oz water to my water jug, add a packet of emergenC and let it sizzle, then add a scoop of this and shake it up then drink it down. It mixes just fine this way. I often forget to drink this because you need an empty stomach!

I take about 3,000 MG C per day in different forms. This one is a must as it really works to rev up my immunity. I like the addition of MSM because this is supposed to help joint pain. I find that it removes the inflammation in my right knee (cause unknown) that impedes my walking and yoga. It's temporary because without drinking this I definitely feel my knee.

I think this is good for me. My dermatologist said my skin is looking very good, more even toned, less red areas. I have to attribute it to this cream because I didn't buy the stuff he suggested.
