This is a good brand of Serrapeptase, and 500mg is a good amount. I take it 2x a day. It helps with my joint pain and inflammation. I have scleroderma and find that it helps preserve my organs from the scleroderma taking over. The price is very reasonable.

An amazing topical spray, I have both the 4 oz at home and 1 oz in my purse for any accidents that may happen. And it works with the bruising and swelling :)

I use this along with Essential oils of Geranium, Sandalwood, Frankincense and Helichrysum. Just a couple drops of each with 6 tbsp of Avocado Oil. Put this on a clean face at night. My face glows in the morning :)

If your looking for a product to keep your gums and teeth healthy, this is the greatest. If your having challenges with your teeth and gums this is the product to get them back in shape. Amazing results in a very short period of time. I do this twice a day and love the results I get.

I love this stuff!! I use it in my foaming hand soap dispensers, so it goes along way. 1 oz. Dr. Bronners to 5 ounces of water in a foaming soap dispenser, I add essential oils to the mix for different aroma. I have 3 dispensers and each one has a different aroma from the essential oils. :)UPDATE: this is one of the very best products for making linoleum floors look bright and new. Just by chance I dripped some on my spare bathroom floor which was getting old and dingy looking, and wow ..... it was amazing how bright and clean that spot was, I washed the whole floor with a 1 oz to a bucket of water.

I use this to keep the mercury from my filling flushed out of my sysytem. It seems to help. When I foret to take it for a week or so I start having candida like symptoms again.

clearing up my husbands "GLUE EAR", started with just putting drop on a q-tip amd rubbing inside ear, then slowly started to put a drop in each ear once they started to fell better.
