I have enjoyed finding out about different supplements and the benefits of them, and have been surprised and happy to discover how powerful they can be. The body is adept at healing itself if it is given the right building blocks, disease is more often caused by a lack of necessary nutrients, and not genetic as we are being told. We need more than is available in our food, as 50 years ago the minerals in our veggies was considerably more abundant than is available today because of modern farming methods. I have explored the internet and found many doctors who work with nutrition and blog about the conditions that will respond to supplements and diets. My own symptoms have responded well and I am so much better now. You have to be patient with nutrition it does not often give quick results but gradually you can see a difference happening.
