Nice scent, size for the price, and my skin is nicely hydrated. I have no idea if there are any detox benefits, but I like that I'm using a product that isn't adding toxins to my body!

This is a great option for those that do not need megadoses of Co-Q10. As someone who is in her 30's, I find 30mg the right dosage and price for maintaining health. Works well for gum health. I also do not use this every day - rather take 5 times a week.

Feel great taking this packed multi-vitamin, and glad to know that there are many food sources within. There is an aftertaste if taken on an empty stomach, so recommend this with food. Also, you could save money and get by with two of these a day if you are eating a balanced diet and using other supplements.

This low lathering shampoo is a bit difficult to work with if you have long hair, but with patience you can work it in. The results are worth it - bouncy, shiny hair that smells great.
