Didn't find the taste too appealing, but it wasn't offensive either ... but an excellent product. My energy levels are great and I will continue to use this until summer when the cost of produce comes down and I can afford to juice again.

Maybe it's a coincidence, but I feel absolutely amazing since starting to take these ... I finally found an all-in-one multi-vitamin that has everything I need and then some. Able to eliminate a bunch of other stuff I had been taking separately. Barring any unforeseen issues, I am won over for life!

I tend to get stuffed up at night - to the point where I often have to use nasal sprays (not adviseable) or even, on occasion, seeing the doctor for cortisone sprays (less adviseable yet!). This seems to keep the congestion at bay.

I have no way of knowing if it is low glycemic as claimed as I don't monitor my blood sugar - but it's very good, albeit a little expensive.

... then a little less so. My chiropractor indicated I should give it a good 3-months to see consistent benefits. I may try the Hyraluronic Acid along with it to boost the effects.

A couple of times I've taken it and it knocks me right out - a couple of other times I still can't get to sleep or stay asleep. But overall, I would rather this than a prescription medication.
