I take this, along with Magnesium, L-Carnitine, CoQ10, fish oil, and a good multi-vitamin, for my heart issues. Doctor's Best is the brand I prefer for the D-Ribose. I take a scoop (it comes with it) in a small amount of soy milk twice a day. I think this is a great product and recommend it for those in need of D-Ribose, for whatever reason(s).

I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted my first piece of this sugar-free candy. It was a real treat and didn't make me feel like I was missing out on anything by it having no sugar. Even my husband likes them, and he does NOT usually like anything sugar-free. I'm sure I'll be including "a few" bags in each of my orders from now on.

I've taken two or three teaspoons of this organic cayenne powder a day, in about three or four ounces of warm water, for about a year and a half. I have Raynaud's disease and before I started taking the cayenne, my hands and feet were ALWAYS cold, even in the summer. A short time (I don't remember exactly how long it was) after starting taking the cayenne, I was shocked to realize my hands and feet were no longer cold. I don't even have to wear socks to bed in the winter, like I used to. Cayenne is great for circulation, as well as many other things. I feel Starwest Botanicals is a very good brand and highly recommend it.

It's actually a bit TOO "smokey" for me if I put it on something by itself, but when I add it to Annie's Naturals Ketchup, it's perfect; I LOVE the combo! I put a little bit of the BBQ sauce on whatever it is I'm eating, then add the ketchup. I'm going to order some Annie's Naturals Organic Original Recipe BBQ Sauce and do the same with that. I'm sure THAT will taste great, too!

I've been taking Christopher's Original Formula, Hawthorn Berry Heart Syrup for about a year now. Before I tried it the first time, I was afraid it would taste horrible, like most COUGH syrups do. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this heart syrup actually tastes. I was having heart palpitations upon waking, and this helps prevent them. I originally paid $59.99 for the same product at a different site, so was really happy to find iHerb, with its great prices and free shipping for orders over $20.00! I highly recommend this heart syrup. Oh - when you get toward the end of the bottle, the syrup gets thicker, but that's normal/okay.

I take this as part of my heart regimen. I believe Nature's Way is a good quality product and like iHerb's prices and service. The softgels are easy to take.

I REALLY like the butterscotch ones, but the fruit ones just didn't taste good to me at all. The red ones were okay - not great, but okay. The first few purple ones were okay, but the rest of them tasted funny. The rest of the colors were rather nasty.

I don't like to say anything negative about products, but I really can't stand these bars. I love that they're made with healthful ingredients, but I hate the texture and the flavor is just not pleasant to me at all. The whole bar is covered with seeds and bits of nuts - mainly seeds. I feel like I'm nibbling on the suet log I put out for the wild birds in my yard. I don't know what it contains that makes the flavor so unpleasant for me, but I just do not like it at all. I'll try another flavor that hopefully won't be covered in seeds. They do seem to have some great-sounding flavors; this one just wasn't for me.
