Avalon shampoos and conditioners are great!!! After trying lot more different shampoos....I prefer Giovanni and Shikai over Avalon.

very good mix og fruits,seeds and almonds.Graet as a snack and over plain yoghurt. Will try to mix it in homemade raw chocolate as well.
