Received in just a few days after ordering with DHL shipping. This products seems to do good, I took it while feeling very unsettled and feeling the chills. After just 1-2 days all symptoms had gone.

Wow, I love this product. Digests very well and feels good in my system. I have been working very hard recently on a project and these multivitamins have helped me through it. I feel noticeably more alert, fresher and wake up feeling less groggy than before. great product!

better night's sleep

Bought these for my 66 year old father who had been suffering from interrupted sleep for years (frequently waking up at 4am and remaining awake until 6am). by the 2nd night of taking 2 capsules before bed he reported a 'noticeably deeper sleep'. 2 weeks on and my dad is still taking them and still enjoying a deeper quality of sleep, feeling more rested in the mornings.

read all the reviews here and decided to try Rainbow Light Men's One vitamins. I take 2 per day and feel well supported by them. no massive differences to report (other than much yellower pee) but intuitively I feel that these multis are supporting my health well.
