This products offer value for money. It has bioperine which helps with absorption.I take it for Cardio support. When you feel breathlessness, this comes handy together with Hawthorn (200 mg x 2). For maintainance, I take 200 mg per day but I take as much as 800 mg/day when I felt breathlessness. Whne you don't feel the impact, it means you don't take enough! Ubiquinol also can be used but much more expensive. I stay with COQ10- valu for money.

After taking this collagen, I feel more energy. I also notice that my gum starts to thicken a bit. Good value for money compared to those expensive collagen! My wife also take it, she lost weight! and seen improvement in skin tone. It makes skin more firm. My mom (68 yr old) also taking it. it is used to support her leg joint. She told me that she feels has more energy and better for her leg join. The only thing is the taste. It may take time to get used to it. What I do- just drink it straight like tequila shoot. No pause. This way you won't fell the taste. Mixing with Xylitol to mask the taste does not seem to help either.

I find this product is very convenient to consume as the dosage is just nice for each meal. Rather taking 500 mg in one go, I can take 160 mg x 3. It spreads mag throughout the day for better absorption.

I find 1 mg melatonin is the best dosage to take. If I were to take 3 mg, the impact is like sleeping pill. You feel sleepy rapidly but it does not sustained your sleep. With 1 mg , it is more steady support and have sustained sleep. It is bees to take with sustained released version 1 mg. It works great.

The cheapest pycgnogenol from Iherb. I find the impact of pycnogenol is difficult to quantify. It is one of the anti oxidant that has many purposes. I rather spend my $$$$ for something else that has visible results. It can somewhat reduce stimming for ASD toegther wth other anti Oxidant.

Convenient dosage. 1 tablet= 400 mg. The only thing is that the manufacturer should put more cotton wool to protect the tablet from breaking apart. There are quite a few table broken in one of my bottles .
