I'm using some vegan-friendly supplements to support my goal to get stronger and build/maintain muscle mass. I've been going for two long walks with my dog everyday for years, which has helped me to keep fit, but I knew I needed to do more. In Feb 2012 I started going to the gym regularly, and I've recently been going to a local indoor climbing gym (Urban Climb) too. I also buy lots of supplements from iHerb for my dog Biscuit, because she has mast cell tumours. I want to do everything I can to fight the cancer cells, and give her the best quality of life possible, for as long as I can :@)

I prefer the NuNaturals vanilla stevia for my daily protein/carb shakes, but this unflavoured stevia goes great with my porridge.

I take this 3 times a day to help with IBS, and it definitely makes a difference. Don't forget to keep it in the fridge once you've opened it though!

Green super foods in powder form have a rather unpalatable taste in my opinion, so I much prefer taking Chlorella in tablet form -- and it's a lot more convenient too. I usually buy the 1000mg version of this, and take one tablet a day, and my dog gets one too!

This is the best value for money vegan-friendly soy protein powder I can buy online. I've been using Now Foods pea protein powder because I thought I had a soy intolerance, but I don't think I do anymore, and I prefer the taste of this Jarrow soy powder.

I was very happy to find a vegan IP6 and Inositol supplement, because I've read that it can be very beneficial in the fight against cancer. I give it to my dog twice a day, along with many other herbal supplements, to help suppress the spread of her mast cell tumours.
