have tried so many proteins in the past. While i have had some good ones let me tell u bout MRM. Vanilla tastes just as it should, like a vanilla ice cream i thought. The kind in a box at the grocery store. I mixed one scoop with 12 oz of 2% milk and it tasted great! Many protein powders do not mix well in milk. I shook in a shaker cup and not one clump or leftover powder was found. It all dissolved very well. The nutrients info look great also

This product has made a big difference in the recovery I feel after a workout. Plus I have had a great result with using 1/3 the recommended dose. I love that it's pure glutamine without any added flavor or sweeteners. It's completely tasteless in water. I also love the convenient packaging - it's the perfect size for traveling. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product, easily one of my favorites that I will be using time and time again. Contains 5 grams of pure L-Glutamine per serving. The recommend to mix one rounded teaspoon with 8oz of water or favorite beverage. Simple, and effective. Price: 10/10. simply 100 servings for 21$ Even if you had it everyday it would last you 3 months. Effectiveness: 10/10. Just great! I sometimes have this twice a day, but always about an hour before bedtime w/ Soy Milk. Does exactly what it's supposed to, reduces my soreness the next day. Which leaves me feeling confident that I can always go hard in the gym knowing I'll be okay the coming days. I easily noticed the difference when I first purchased the product and started using it vs. just my after workout shake, which only had 2 grams of Glutamine. Overall: 10/10. Simple, effective product. Doesn't get more bare bones than that. Great price, plenty of servings, from a great company, this is the only product I'll use when all I'm looking for is just Glutamine.

Broke down and decided to try the Animal Pak finally.. I took Animal Pak while on "cycle" so I used 2 packs per day vs 1 pack in regular training situations.. When putting a heavy load on your body such as on a cycle it's nice to read the ingredients of Animal Pak and know that the deficiencies caused by the stress load is being replenished by one source.. If you hate taking pills don't bother with Animal Pak, 11 pills is a lot for a "Multi-vitamin" but you are getting evrything you need to fully harness the gains you are trying to achieve.. Yeah some pills taste that earthy vitamin taste but over all there was complete ease with taking these pills and not much after taste (which I have had with other multi's) Overall I feel more comfortable taking Animal pak, vs trying to make up for what a 1 pill Multi-vitamin is lacking, and when you break it down the cost is actually easier to grasp..

First off, I have to talk about how delicious this is. The taste alone is allowing it to always be bought by me. I currently have peanut butter chocolate, ohhhh man. I'm addicted. I like the concept of Syntha-6 providing 6 different types of protein which are supposed to metabolize at different times. This is why I take this as a post-workout/pre-bed protein. I have noticed that it is better than most other proteins, even though I still like platinum hydro-whey better. But I just can't get over how yummy this flavor is. So I will continue to buy this protein. The calories aren't too high either, which is what I mainly look for.

Dymatize Whey Isolate contains Ion-Exchange Whey Protein isolates, cross flow ultra filtration whey protein concentrate, and whey peptides. It is one of the most legit protein supplements i have come across at such a low price. I, like many others, was tired of paying massive amounts of money monthly for quality protein. I take fast digesting protein first thing in the morning, post workout, and sometimes in between meals at a smaller amount. This product also has an enzyme blend containing Zytrix for better digestion and it is supposedly alot more easy going for those of you who are lactose intolerant. All in all, i think this is the best bang for your buck protein on the market. Alot of people compare it to ON Whey Gold Standard from what i have seen but that one is solid as well. I'm very glad i decided to give this product a try and it will be my go-to protein for some time to come. I'm already started on my second tub.
