I looking for a BCAA supplement for my workouts/cardio sessions, when I realized that I had not tried out AminoX...so I tried out AminoX. And I ended up taking 2 bottles of it over the course of around 5-6 months. Profile:AminoX boasts its"massive 10 gram amino complex" to sound like its just full of BCAAs, but it's basically your typical BCAA supplement, with added goodies like Taurine, and L-Citrulline. Im assuming its around 5 grams of actual BCAAs per serving because of those extra aminos in there will boost it to around 10 grams. Besides that, there is really not a ton of filler, and there is less than 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving, which makes this good for anyone who is dieting/cutting, or bulking, or really anyone who wants some extra BCAAs in their supplement stack. BUT there is 160 mgs of sodium in it, which may be something you have to look out for if you are trying to reduce sodium intake for water retention. Effectiveness (8/10): This supplement was kind of weird in terms of recovery. I acually felt like I recovered more from weight workouts, when I took this during my cardio sessions (usually a few hours after or before the weight workout) rather than when I took it during or before my weight workouts for some reason. The recovery was pretty good though. I guess I would rank it around the same as other BCAA supplements so it didnt really stand out for any reason. I did notice a larger pump when I took it during or before my workouts. Nothing crazy, but it was definately there (most likely because of the Citrulline,Taurine, and possibly the sodium?). Taste (9/10): I had 2 flavors. Green Apple, and Watermellon. They were both amazing, and extremely refreshing, espcially during cardio. They tasted almost identical to the old Xtend flavors, which in my opinion were great. The only reason I gave it a 9 was because it tasted very artificial, which some people dont like, but i didnt mind. If I had to choose one, it would probably be Gre

hen i first heard of digestive enzymes i was really curious. Digestive enzymes help you digest food, absorb nutrition , but it's also cure for heart burn and most digestive tract problems. When the body is low on enzymes due to poor dieting or genetics your food is partially digested and all the nutrients of the food is barely being absorbed. By doing this you're leaving residue in your body you can't digest due to such a huge quantity while you have the lack of enzymes. The PH (Stomach Acid) levels in your stomach rise and your (LES)lower esophageal sphincter opens causing the acid to back up into your esophagus feeling a chest pain like sensation. Enzymes are a cure for bad digestion. The LES can open through more than just bad dieting it can be a genetic too. Effectiveness: it fairly really well. it cut down on stomach discomfort and bloating, i feel like it helped improve my digestive system over all. then i tried dosages of 3 and 2 capsules, honestly i didn't see much of a difference, if so it was very minor. didn't completely get rid of my digestive issues, but it did help. maybe the body can only use but so many digestive enzymes at a time? i'm not really sure.. Overall: very good supplement to include in any stack regardless of age, gender or goal. improves overall all digestive system process, allows you to get more out of your foods(and even protein shakes) price is good for the amount of capsules you get.

Well well well, a long overdue review for this product right here. Zero Carb IsoPure, oh how I love you. I've run through multiple tubs of this is a variety of flavors: Apple Melon, Fruit Punch, and Mango Peach. The thing I love most about this product is it's versatility. Let's get to the specs, shall we?! Profile: (Per Scoop) 105 cal, .5 g fat, 0 g carb, and 25 g whey protein isolate (including 5.45 BCAA and 2.3 g glutamine). What's not to love? A lot of what you need, nothing you don't. Also, be aware that you really only need one scoop as opposed to the 2 they recommend you use in one sitting. Reason being is you can't really digest all 50 g whey isolate at one time unless your running a cycle of steroids lol. Usage: Like I said, my love for this product has a lot to do with how many ways you can use it. I threw the Apple Melon in my oatmeal with peanut butter and it tasted like a creamy pb + j. I've mixed the Fruit Punch with Dextrose while bulking and it tasted awesome. I've used all 3 straight up as a part of my breakfast or as a meal replacement while cutting. The list goes on and on. Other than those pesky 5 g protein per serving, the only other "knock" on this product would be the mixability at times. Occasionally it would get a bit clumpy, but nothing about 15 more seconds of shaking wouldn't take care of. This is why I give it a 9. I would recommend this product to anyone, whether you want to switch up your postworkout protein or need a staple protein for any time of the day. I actually prefer this over Gold Standard (slightly) and is second only to Optimum Hydrowhey in my book.
