Dr. Bert Berkson recommends this ALA over others as he feels you get the most absorbable form of ALA. Remember to take with a good quality Vit B complex like Metabolic Maintenance B Complex.

I am concerned about preventing cancer of the breast rather than treating it once it has occurred and Host Defense is one of several things that reportedly help breast tissues stay healthy. If nothing else mushrooms are good for you.

I would venture to say that these work as well as more expensive plant enzymes I have used. I do think I discovered that I needed animal based enzymes and these are plant based and thus good for vegetarians.
