I used this product for a month and did not see any difference in my bp. I was taking between 4-6 capsules daily.

Within 2 days of taking this product, I felt the difference. I no longer felt like I had a lead vest on and my joints were not achy anymore. After taking for 2 months, I accidently ran and didn't think much of it. Within a week, I was irritable, achy and very tired. I tried to product to help lower my bp. While it did not help with my bp, it did help with the feeling of anxiety.

I used this product for my bp and I did not notice any difference. My bp didn't budge nor did I feel any better.
