I use this only if I cannot sleep with the Melatonin at once, but it only has happend 3 times in 3 months. Seems to work fine.

A good alternative. Less sugar and good! I add some sunflower seed and pumpkin seed extra and a few goji berries.

I have itched for a long time and tried both tablet for allergies and cortison creme, but it does not help. Thsi gave me relief at once. Only tried it for 4 days so far, but very happy. As the other says, the colour is red. I also bougth the d-3 from Now Food, and it seems to help my itching, too. After I have used it for a time, it is not helping very much - only a short relief when I put it on. I use Boericke & Tafel, Florasone, Topical Cream and Psorias Cream. I belive this 2 are helping a lot - havent had a lot of itching for a month or so.
